/01 Scope
This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Wiseria LLC ("Wiseria", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with respect to the website at wiseria.cc, our iOS apps, our Chrome extensions, and any other software or services we publish under the Wiseria name (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
/02 Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details — when you email us or sign up for a waitlist (name, email address, anything you write in the message).
- Account information — if a product offers accounts, the email address and any profile fields you choose to fill in.
- Content you submit — text, audio, images, or files you upload or generate inside our products in order for them to function.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & diagnostics — anonymized analytics about feature usage, crash reports, and performance, used to fix bugs and improve the product.
- Device & technical data — operating system, app version, device model, language, approximate region (derived from IP, not stored as a precise location).
- Cookies & similar technologies — on the website, only those strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Information from third parties
If you sign in through a third-party identity provider or pay through a third-party processor, we receive the limited information that provider sends us (e.g. an email address, a transaction confirmation). We never receive your full payment card details.
/03 How we use it
We use the information described above only for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To process purchases and deliver receipts.
- To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models without your explicit, informed consent.
/05 Payments
Payments on our website are processed by Stripe. Wiseria does not see, store, or process your full payment card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Payments inside iOS apps are processed by Apple via the App Store, and payments inside Chrome extensions may be processed by Google or by Stripe, depending on the product. Their respective privacy policies apply.
/06 Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your rights). Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics.
/07 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your information ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of your information.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EU and UK residents under the GDPR. We honor those rights for everyone, regardless of jurisdiction.
/08 Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
/09 Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where applicable, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information and let you know if a breach occurs.
/10 International transfers
Wiseria is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
/11 Changes
We may update this policy as the Services evolve or as the law requires. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, give you additional notice (for example by email or in-app).
