1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product or service provided by Wiseria LLC ("Wiseria", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Wiseria provides AI-powered software products including NicheScout (market intelligence reports) and Lyrin (language learning). Services are provided on a subscription or free-trial basis as described on each product's page.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or systematically scrape content from our services without written permission. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and reports generated by our services are owned by Wiseria. Paid subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for their own business decisions.

7. Disclaimer

Our market intelligence reports are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of search volume data, competition metrics, or any business recommendations. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wiseria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
