/01 The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Wiseria LLC ("Wiseria", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. They govern your use of the website at wiseria.cc, our iOS apps, our Chrome extensions, and any other software, content, or services we publish under the Wiseria name (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
/02 Your account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
/03 License to use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Wiseria grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
/04 Acceptable use
Don't do anything that would get a reasonable person in trouble. In particular, you agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Generate, distribute, or store content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, their infrastructure, or other users.
- Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the Services in ways that exceed normal use.
- Misrepresent the source of content generated by the Services or pass off model output as exclusively human-authored when doing so would mislead.
/05 Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant Wiseria a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Services and to fulfill your requests.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate these Terms or any third-party right.
/06 AI-generated output
Some Services use machine-learning models to generate text, audio, images, or other output ("Output") in response to your inputs. Because of how these models work:
- Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it — especially for decisions involving health, finance, law, or safety.
- Output is not unique to you; similar prompts from other users may produce similar Output.
- To the extent we have rights in the Output, we assign them to you, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for the use you make of Output, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.
/07 Purchases & subscriptions
Some features are paid. Prices, billing intervals, and trial terms are shown at the point of purchase. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.
- Web purchases are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms when you provide payment information.
- iOS in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account, in accordance with Apple's terms.
- Chrome extension purchases, where applicable, are billed by Google or Stripe depending on the product.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel beforehand.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
/08 Refunds & cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
For purchases made through the App Store, refund requests must be submitted to Apple. For purchases made through Stripe on our website, contact us at bd@wiseria.cc within 14 days of purchase and we'll consider your request in good faith. Statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction (e.g. EU/UK consumer protection) are not affected.
/09 Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. App Store, Chrome Web Store, payment processors, AI providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Wiseria is not responsible for their content or practices.
/10 Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Wiseria does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that any Output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
/11 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiseria and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
/12 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Wiseria harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
/13 Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including license grants relating to Your Content used to operate the Services, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
/14 Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction shall be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
/15 Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, give you additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
